If we are shooting some/all of you wedding day prep please list time & location (including address) for both bride and groom. If it is different from the venue, please also include time/location where you will put on your dress/tux.
Will you be doing a 'First Look' prior to the Ceremony? *

Especially important if Ceremony takes place in a church (so we can learn in advance about any restrictions, special requirements, etc. ie - flash usage)
Will there be a post-Ceremony receiving line?
Will we be taking formal photos of Bride/Groom with family/extended family after the Ceremony?
ie - bride with mom, bride with mom and dad, bride and groom with 'xyz' etc. Limit this list to the must-haves and time permitting we'll do our best to get them all. In order for this portion to go smoothly you will need to appoint someone as the 'gatherer' of the family members to be included in these photos.
What type of dinner will be served?
Only applies to weddings of 5+ hours. Please let us know how you would like us to go about getting our dinner. We do not require the same meal as your guests, but at least a vendor meal provided by your caterer. **It helps if we eat at the same time as you (before guests), so that we are done when you are and ready to take photos of speeches, toasts, etc**
